Tabiso Cabernet / Sauvignon/Shiraz is a robust red blend from South Africa that brings together the classic structure of Cabernet Sauvignon with the spicy ripeness of Shiraz. This full-bodied wine shows concentration and a bold personality, suited for those who enjoy richly flavored red wines with depth and presence.

On the eye it presents a deep, garnet to ruby core that hints at dense dark fruit on the palate. Aromas open to a mix of blackcurrant, ripe plum and darker berry fruit, complemented by subtle savoury and peppery notes that speak to the Shiraz influence.

In the mouth the wine delivers a generous, layered texture with firm but ripe tannins that give structure and length. Flavours of cassis, blackberry and spiced dark fruit unfold, finishing with a warm, lingering aftertaste that balances fruit intensity and a measured tannic grip.

With an alcohol level of 15%, the wine carries a rounded weight and a broad mid-palate. Serve slightly cool at around 16–18 °C to allow aromas to open while keeping the palate fresh and focused.

The nose is fruit-driven, showing concentrated black fruit and hints of plum and blueberry that are typical of Cabernet and Shiraz blends.
