  • Yes, you can!

    Your order can be picked up directly from our warehouse in Harrissee, Germany. Once your order has been packed and is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification by email.

    After that, you can pick up your order during our warehouse opening hours – whenever it suits you best.

    If you would like to let us know your planned pickup time in advance, that's even better!

  • The packing time for your order depends on its size and contents. Outside of peak seasons, our standard packing time is 1–5 business days.

    During busy periods such as Easter, Midsummer, and Christmas, packing times may be longer due to a significant increase in order volumes. We aim to provide up-to-date packing time information on our webshop.

  • You will receive updates about your order via email, including an order confirmation and a notification once your order has been packed.

    For any questions regarding shipment tracking, we recommend contacting the carrier or delivery service you selected.

  • Yes! We are a German company, and all our products are subject to VAT and alcohol tax in Germany.

    Danpris is operated by German company which runs by Germany and EU laws. The model where customer arranges shipping as separated from the sale of goods, is confirmed by European Union court to be 100% legal and valid way to buy goods via private import from another member state.

  • When ordering from us, there are no purchase limits except for special batches, where quantities may be restricted to ensure as many customers as possible have the chance to order.

    You can order a box, five, or even several pallets at once – our warehouse packs all orders as quickly as possible!

  • Purchasing and ordering from another EU country

    According to Article 32(1) of Title 5, “MOVEMENT OF TAXABLE GOODS AND TAXATION AFTER RELEASE FOR CONSUMPTION,” of Council Directive 2008/118/EC on excise duties “Excise duty on excise goods acquired by private individuals for their own use and transported by them from one Member State to another shall be levied only in the Member State where the excise goods are acquired.”

    No excise duty shall be levied on products intended for consumption in another Member State and acquired by private individuals for their own use and transported by them to their place of residence. Cigarettes, cigars, pipe and cigarette tobacco, nicotine liquids and plant-based products for smoking may be imported in limited quantities. Alcohol and tobacco products may be imported duty-free for personal use, i.e. for yourself, your family, or as gifts.

    If you order alcoholic beverages from another EU country and do not transport the products to your country of residence yourself, but arrange for transport, this is considered a distance purchase, and in that case you must pay the excise duty (alcohol tax and packaging tax) applicable in your country of residence for the products ordered. If the seller of the products (the online store) arranges for the transport of the products to your country of residence and pays the required excise duty on your behalf, this is considered a distance sale.

  • Yes! You can pay for your purchases securely with your bank or credit card using Montonio's 100% encrypted payment service.

    Danpris never receives or processes your card details. You pay for your order using the same security technology that your online bank uses!

Returns and complaints

  • Yes, you can!

    You can return products within 180 days from the date your order was packed.

    Special conditions for food items
    If you return food products (e.g., sweets, drinks, or canned goods), they must have at least 60 days remaining before the "best before" date at the time of return. This ensures the products remain fit for resale.

    Return costs
    Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Sometimes a picking error may occur in our warehouse, especially during busy periods – our staff do their best under pressure, but unfortunately, mistakes can happen. We sincerely apologize – this is not how we aim to operate.

    Why was the product replaced? According to our delivery terms, we may replace a temporarily out-of-stock item with a similar or even higher-value alternative, to ensure your order arrives quickly and complete. Our goal is always to notify you in advance, but occasionally stock changes faster than we can communicate.

    What can I do?
    If you're not satisfied with the product you received or want more information about the replacement, our customer service is happy to help. Please contact us – we’ll always find a solution.

  • Please contact your chosen carrier. We pack all orders according to global carrier recommendations and use high-quality packaging materials to minimize handling damage.

    As we are not involved in the shipping process, the appropriate contact is the carrier or delivery service you selected.

    However, damaged packages should always be thoroughly documented by photographing them from multiple angles, including the products.

  • Even though products are stored carefully and stock rotation is monitored, defects can occasionally occur during manufacturing – for example, wine may become vinegary before it arrives.

    Please contact our customer service with your order details and product photos, and describe the issue as clearly as possible so we can file a complaint with the manufacturer or importer.
