Delivery and packaging of orders

Danpris is a German online cross-border shop that sells products for pick-up in a German warehouse. This allows us to always offer low German prices for all our products.

In order to offer great prices, due to EU legislation we cannot recommend carriers or help with shipping orders, but we believe you will find the help you need with our search engines.

We do not ship outside Germany, you will need to arrange your own transport for your order to enjoy the low prices in Germany.

Packaging of orders

We will pack your order after receiving confirmation of the delivery or pick-up time when you will come to collect your order from the German pick-up warehouse.

Orders are usually packed within 2-5 working days, if there is a seasonal backlog, we will always try to inform you in time in the online shop.

All orders are packed with the experience of thousands of parcels and based on international recommendations for product packaging. We only use high quality packaging materials, which means that our tape is durable and our cardboard boxes are strong designs. We have carried out numerous packaging tests and complete dozens of orders every day.

Delivery and shipping of orders

Due to EU legislation, we cannot recommend carriers, but orders are picked up from our warehouse daily and weekly by several different carriers, from parcels to pallets. As we cannot recommend or nominate carriers, you can use search engines to find the most suitable carrier for you.

Once you have booked the transport and the carrier or you have notified us of the transport, we will start processing and packing your order.
