Return policy

You can return products within 180 days of placing your order to our German pick-up warehouse via a shipping company of your choice or in person.

Products must be unopened and in new condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
</p>
<p>
We do not accept returns of soft drinks, food, mild alcoholic beverages, and wines if their best-before date is less than 60 days from the date of return.
</p>
