Reviews and experiences come from customers who have purchased from us. We automatically send a review request by email to customers whose order has been packed and processed, regardless of whether the customer picks up the order themselves or has ordered delivery. We do not exclude any customers from review requests. Reviews may be machine-translated into different languages. The collection of reviews began on August 20, 2025.

Trustpilot prohibits requesting reviews other than through their paid service, so we collect reviews and experiences directly on our own website. By saving €1,000 per month, we can offer more affordable prices to you, our valued customers!
